We want every PAWLORRA order to arrive correctly and in good condition.
Return Eligibility
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety, food products must be unopened, unused and in original condition unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Email support@pawlorra.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and shipping package.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exceptions
Final-sale items, gift cards and opened consumable products cannot normally be returned. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
